   Noah James born "Deandre Barksdale".

Diagnosed with ADHD, Music and the flow of life was the only thing that held his attention. He always felt the educational system suppresses the genius of the youth. Noah James, discovering himself amidst world controversy, he found his passion in music an was driven to be a catalyst for change.

What Message Are You Trying To Give People, How Do you Want To Affect Them?

    Noah: My message is more so so questions for the people. Do you know what equity is ?  Do you want equity ? Can you imagine living in a self-sustainable community? What can you imagine that to be? Can you help me build your wildest imaginations?  

Who Or What Was Your Core Motive For Your Views On Life ?

Noah: I embody the love and the courage of my ancestors. I believe that the world was made perfect, man just has to make corrections in the world we have built ourselves so it's up to us to save ourselves. Love, equity, and good health is path to a better earth a "new world"

Osmosis Project ? 

Noah: The Osmosis Project takes a holistic approach to creating healthier environments that promote wellness on all levels mind, body, and spirit. Establishing Equity and self-sustainability in community infrastructures.

What Caused You To Start Such A Movement ?

  Noah : In 2014, I joined the Penn State urban 4-h program at the Kingsley center in Larmier. I served as President of the first Urban 4-h program which focused on environmental issues air quality, food deserts, water quality etc. I then realized that in life the quality of air, food, and water is the biggest crisis we face in the modern day world aside from Nuclear war talks.

Where Do You See The Osmosis Project Two Years From Now ?  

Noah: The Vision of The Osmosis Project two years from now is to successfully complete 2+ food growth projects and successfully open a communal kitchen.

What Would You Want People To Say About The Project When Your Overall Objective Is Complete ?                                          

 Noah: I would want People to say that the Osmosis Project change their outlook on life, living in the community they call home. That Osmosis Project presence is felt as A rock of a foundation in their community.

Noah: We work to build dreams of corporations that do not have our best interest. I have endured the struggles with my community and I will enjoy the harvest of good seeds sown with my community as well.
